The short version

We don’t track you. This site has no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no cookies. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us through our contact and quote forms.

What we don’t do

  • No advertising or ad networks.
  • No analytics or visitor tracking.
  • No cookies.
  • No selling, renting, or sharing of your information with anyone for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies — none. If we ever add a feature that needs one, or anything that tracks visitors, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

When you submit a form

If you use our contact or quote request forms, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message) are emailed to us so we can respond. That’s the entire journey of your information: it becomes ordinary business correspondence in our email. We don’t add you to any mailing list, and we don’t share your details with anyone except as needed to perform work you’ve asked us to do or as required by law.

Security & server logs

Like nearly every website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting; these rotate out automatically after a limited time. We also run security software that monitors login attempts and blocks malicious traffic by IP address. These protect the site and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Your information

We don’t build visitor profiles or marketing databases, so there is no hidden record of you here to request. The only personal information we could hold is what you’ve sent us yourself — messages from our forms, kept as ordinary business email. If you’d like your past correspondence deleted, just say so via the contact form and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If our practices ever change — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this page first.
